Dark Tides is a Lovecraftian point-and-click adventure where a fake fortune teller discovers she can actually read minds. As Cape Fortune falls into supernatural chaos, Theodora Green must deceive, charm, and investigate to uncover the town’s dark secrets.

As Lead Code Developer, I’ve spearheaded the game’s technical foundation over 4+ years of development, while also contributing to narrative, level design, and visual effects. Some key highlights:
- Core Gameplay & Logic – Designed and implemented game mechanics, logic systems, scene setups, and interactive elements.
- Advanced Shaders & VFX – Created atmospheric effects including weather particles, magic bursts, ghostly apparitions, and mind-reading visuals.
- Audio-Driven VFX – Developed a real-time particle effect that visualizes NPC thoughts using live MP3 audio levels.
- Automated Character Creator – Built a Unity editor tool that streamlines character setup, automating animator, speech, eye tracking, and inverse kinematics setup, reducing errors and saving hours of manual work.
- 3D Modeling & Environment Design – Contributed select 3D assets and helped craft immersive Victorian-era environments.
- Writing & Narrative Design – Helped shape the game's story, dialogue, and character interactions, ensuring an engaging and atmospheric experience.
